Non-paying buyer
Sold an item. Buyer didn’t respond to my messages and didn’t pay. Cancelled the sale. Is that it? Will eBay block him from further purchases?

Mentor2 weeks agoNo ebay will not. Did you cancel after 4 days, buyers do have 4 days to pay, after that sellers should cancel for Non Payment, giving buyer a non payment strike.
It is up to seller to block buyer and it is also possible to block all members with two or more unpaid Strikes.

Mentor2 weeks agoCorrect way is to cancel as unpaid.
Buyer gets 1 strike, 2 unpaid strikes in 12 months can restrict buying.
Make sure you set buyer requirements to block these buyers.

Each new ID has to be separated by a comma.
