Non despatch of item
Just want a bit of advice.
I brought something on 7th Feb item was due by 12th but the item has not been despatched yet. I emailed to see where the item is but as of yet no reply. What is a reasonable time to leave it if he doesn't come back to me or no sign of despatch. He looks to be a newbie seller with only two item sold and 2 feedback.
I always like to give people a fair chance as I no inr and such like goes against them.
What are other people's thoughts on how long you should give a newbie the benefit of the doubt.

Mentor5 months agoAll listings have an expected delivery date. As soon as past that date, open a NOT RECEIVED case.
If they have not dispatched within the period it would say on the original listing then they get a late dispatch defect. Ebay will remind seller they have not dispatched, waste of time you contacting seller, just open case.
