Non collection of parcels by Royal Mail
Is anyone else having issues with Royal Mail not collecting booked parcels?
Have tried multiple times to get a booked collection for two different parcels, over three days yet nothing, not a postie in sight! Have had to message both buyers that there seems to be some "issues" with RM and that their purchased items are waiting for collection. I'm currently housebound so I'm now having to resort to a neighbour to take these two parcels to a collection point for me, three days overdue of postage time.
Why offer this service if they do not bother to do it?!

·11 months agoA couple of other members have mentioned this in the forum.
I am sure you know this is not an Ebay issue and you need to speak to Royal Mail.
They do have a customer services number although, in my experience, they can take a very long time to answer.
