non arrival of items
Good morning, I have ordered 12 bags of coffee and they have not arrived to my address but the tracking shows that they have been delivered to another address no where near us.
Ebay are saying its been delivered, which it has but to the other side of the city.
Ebay are now saying its resolved when it hasn't, can anyone advise?
