No tracking on a item i brought, says it should have been here yesterday, carnt contact seller
Any advice I bought a expensive item on Sunday that says it should have been here by now it's on tracking but no tracking number the delivery details have gone when I try to contact seller it's automated, Ebay say give it a day and are not helpful , but it dosent look like it's even been posted yet any advice

Mentor10 months agoThere's no such thing as "should have been here yesterday" on eBay.
Delivery times are only estimated. The date that counts is the latest estimated delivery date stated in the listing. If this has passed and the item has not been delivered you can open an "item not received" case under eBay's money back guarantee. Or if it arrives late, you can if you can if you want open an "item not as described case" to return it for a full refund.
Obviously it's normally fair to give sellers a bit of leeway before doing this, given the uncertainty of delivery times.
