No tracking and cant collect parcel
Hi i made a purchase and paid for tracked 48 postage to a local pick up point , a shop. It was posted untracked and i believe it is now sitting at the shop. They wont release it as i dont have confirmation . Seller not responding to messages but said it has been despatched.

Mentor3 months agoCheck the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
