No sold item notifications to Yahoo. And have I offended Ebay in some way? Thanks.

Hi, I am having trouble because I am getting messages on the Ebay website from Buyers who are annoyed that I have not posted an item they purchased. I have to explain that my email is not getting messages at all to say that my items have sold. I never go a day without loggin onto my Yahopo account but, with Ebay itself, less so. Luckily I have not had any negative feedback from buyers but it is very embarrassing and likely this is only a matter of time. It seems that even any email code (to log in etc) does not reach my Yahoo inbox even though my account is registered to this email account (I have checked Spam etc). Firstly, please may someone know about this and, secondly, the last time I called Ebay (with a very legitimate complaint) I mentioned that Ebay was not what it was and, because an option to contact an agent (as I have done before) is now no longer available I am wondering if someone working at Ebay has taken taken offence at my rather mild assertion. You never know these days. Any help, especially with the notifications, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Yours, Richard.

Mentor1 month agoSurely if you look at emails it only takes seconds to look at ebay to see up to date position.

If you are having issue with ebay email's, then you need to log into your account to check sales or you will get late delivery defects,
This could lead to account suspension.

OP1 month agoHi Tobias, thanks, that's good to know (about being blocked). Actually I managed to get through by following a YouTube video (thank goodness) and an IT ticket has now been raised so that is good because up to about 6 months ago I was getting Yahoo notifications and nothing has changed. So as this is being attended to, I will withdraw this post from the forum in 24 hrs but I wanted to say thank you. All the very best, Richard.
