No returns or refund
Item that was sold in good faith that was in working order when picked up, it was sold with no refund or returns. Now the buyer demands a refund. EBay won't release my money, how is this possible

Mentor3 months agoBuyers can still open an eBay return for a collection item if they decide that it's damaged or not as described.
What's the reason for the return?
