No return label
Seller is telling me they have emailed a return label but not received, also saying one is attached to my ebay account but there isn't, what do I do now?

Seller is telling me they have emailed a return label but not received, also saying one is attached to my ebay account but there isn't, what do I do now?

Mentor1 month agoIf you started a return request you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days. So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Return Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit. Then ebay will send you a label to use.
