No response from the seller
I won an item 2 days ago that was collection only. I sent a message asking when I could pick it up and have had no response. How long do I have to wait for a reply before involving ebay

If you have paid and sent a message to the seller, personally, I would advise that you just wait for a couple of days.
Not all sellers check their accounts daily.

Mentor7 months agoI presume the item is paid for via eBay? - Which means you will be protected.
You would have thought a seller trying to sell a large item would want it out of the way so to speak. When they do make arrangements don't forget to take the 6 digit code or QR code, but do not give them this until you are happy with the item.

Mentor7 months agoThis is a bit of a grey area, but the ' usual' time before opening a case for item not received for a collection item is 7 days.
