Hi, any idea what I can do now please? I paid the seller their asking price for a bath that needs to be collected but had no responce to any of my messages and it's been 2 weeks now! I asked Ebay for a refund but that was refused? I have tried their AI Chat but it doesn't understand my problem and just keeps saying contact the seller! I think the seller may be a scammer as Iv'e now seen same add on Marketplace!Don't know where to go from here as I can't find any email or phone to speak to a real person from Ebay!
