No reply from eBay stepping in
Asked eBay to step in. Reply that they had the request and must not resubmit otherwise this would cause a delay. Still no reply or refund. Now cannot contact anyone at eBay. Seller removed because of fraudulent description. Should have been under buyer protection

OPJul 9, 2026 at 5:56 AMThank you for replying. I have an update in fact. I logged out of eBay, logged in again using my password and was suddenly able to contact eBay via the chat. They refunded immediately and I had my money back within half an hour 😁

Mentor1 month agoWhen a seller's account is suspended it's not usually possible to get a refund via eBay. You should contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
