no refund received from Evreahome replacement blinds parts seller
I ordered, then received replacement vertical blind weight spares, they were the wrong size. I returned this package to the seller immediately using Royal Mail tracking service, this item was received by the seller, the value of this order was £11.99. I asked for a refund, I do not expect the postage refund, however, I have now waited for several weeks, no response from the seller, no refund.

Mentor1 month agoThere is a process to follow if you receive an item not as described in the listing, as below:
You need to, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item. Select the reason Item Not as Described >> Does Not Match Description or Photos. The seller needs to either refund you in 3 days, or issue a pre paid return label for the return of their item. Once the item is received, they have 48 hours to refund you.
If this doesn't happen, you need to escalate to eBay, eBay step in and force the refund.
If you didn't follow those rules above, eBay's MBG, Money Back Guarantee, then there is now no way to enforce a refund from the seller via eBay.
Try your payment provider for help with a refund .
If an item received is the wrong size / doesn't fit, but accurately described, unless the seller is a business seller, a Private seller can refuse a return for a refund.
