Please can someone advise on this, it's driving me crazy. I posted on here when it first happened and followed the advice but nothing is happening.
A few weeks back, I bought a pre-owned bracelet from The States for around $200 US. The parcel arrived but instead of the bracelet, it was a pair of leggings. I returned the item as "not as described", eBay confirmed they had received it and that a refund should follow in 3-5 days. No refund.
What I'm having difficulty with is navigating the ridiculous Q&A on here, nothing seems to fit my problem and I just want to talk with someone on eBay and get it sorted. Whatever happened to Customer Support? Not just eBay, it seems to be the new norm of just no

·10 months agoAs you have an open, unresolved case, you should be able to go back to the case.
As long as tracking shows the item was delivered to the seller 48 hours ago, the option to ask Ebay to step in should be there.
Check the status of the case before you contact Ebay.
