No refund for Postage and Packaging from seller
In my ebays messages the Seller clearly stated they would refund on a product they sent by mistake . I enclosed a copy of the receipt but NO ONE is helping me .This is ILLEGAL and wholly unfair

Mentor7 months agoYou should have opened item not as described.
Seller then provides returns label & you post back for full refund.
Ebay can't make seller refund your postage now you have paid it.
If seller didn't supply label, you should have escalated to ebay on day 4.
