Mentor1 year agoYou cannot without the collection code.
Send the buyer a message for them to please send you that 6 digit code, they'll find this in their order details, or eBay message, or email perhaps Spam worth a look.
You can then, manually add those numbers where it states item collected.

Mentor1 year agoAsk buyer for code. That is the only way to mark as collected, without this buyer could open a not received case and you would have to refund in full.
