we sold an engine to customer customer states wrong item sent correct item sent ebay says send return label engine comes back not fixed to the pallet smashed up payments on hold for upto 8 weeks ebay states nothing we can do as its in the hand of the payment institute (bank) why do we have no protection from these scammers my£1400 engine is wrecked and i have paid his postage and the return postage of £186although he missued the return policy anyone else had or having this issue with no available funds we will have to close the doors 11 years and one wrong un shuts it all down something wrong with how the buyer can choose the wrong return reason and seller gets no help shameful ebay
