I am in UK and yesterday sold this telecaster guitar body to a buyer in Oslo Norway who has paid.
However, ebay now wont let me print a shipping label or let me change shipping options / providers!
Royal Mail medium parcel which is plenty for the parcel size & weight has been selected but cant be changed!
"No postage services available. Please check the order details and try again..."
Also ebay won't let me cancel the order so I can refund the buyer:

Mentor2 weeks agoI've not heard of sellers not being able to cancel an order.
Is there anything in the order details that indicates why you can't cancel it?
If there isn't, I'd contact eBay and ask them what's going on, they can cancel it manually. I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):

Mentor2 weeks agoRoyal Mail medium parcels don't exist as such on overseas services. Its standard parcels upto 2Kg with with the height, width, depth no greater than 90cm, with longest single side being upto60cm, otherwise its Royal Mails International Tracked HEavier Service (only available through the Royal Mail site and not at Post offices) 61cm x 46 x 46 (which is similar or the same to UK mediums) NOrway is Europe Zone 3 with RM. IF you buyer has been charged VOEC, don't forget to include that to outer package for customs etc.

OP2 weeks agoHi, thanks for your reply and advice. As the seller eBay won’t let me change the RM postage option and won’t let me cancel the order! So as seller I'm stuck. The buyer in Norway says he can’t cancel either until the expected delivery date has expired. Do that may be the only way out of this problem. I’ve also managed to raise the case with eBay and waiting for their reply. I’ll keep you updated…

Is there no facility to cancel as if buyer asked to cancel, you must be able to do as they request. Is it just that there is no suitable reason to cancel?
