No postage label to print
I need a pre paid postage label for an item I need to post but I haven’t had an email to print one. If I ask for a postage label it tells me I can only have one, but I haven’t had one! This keeps happening on a regular basis and is taking so much time to sort out. Help!

·6 months agoThe label is not emailed to you.
You need to find the sold item in orders.
Click on 'view order details' then the blue button that says 'get label'.
I always download Simple Delivery labels then I can find them in my downloads later.
Once you have clicked on 'get label., you can't generate another one.
If you need another label, you would have to contact Ebay Customer Services.
