No postage label
I have got a package that needs to be posted but royal mail has not supplied me with a packing slip for the product and now my buyer is reaching out and is demanding a refund althought I can't post it,

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list and select Reprint Label. This will also let you download the QR code.
If you still have problems you could cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist for them to buy again.
You are selling new goods. If you register as a business seller on ebay you will have more control over the postage you use.
