OP2 weeks agoBecause of scams they might say never recieved and full address was not given till label was created .no prob in past as you say its usually royal mail

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you use your own postage, and yes you do need to first click on eBay's postage label to get the buyer's address, and the buyer claims a non receipt, you can enter the new tracking number into the case details. If it shows delivery, you will not need to refund.
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the unused SD label:
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
