No Payments to my Account
EBAY with holding payments after Bank Account for payments was updated 3 weeks ago. They state it's to do with a £0-01 deposit to my account on 29th May. So how come I received payments in June??? Been phoning for 3 weeks-it's 6 payments. Not acceptable. Customer Service is shocking!!! To rub salt into the wound they say: We are making faster patyments. Is there a trade association/ regulator I can take this to.

Mentor3 weeks agoThis was eBay's announcement last year as to how payouts are made...
From 6 August 2025, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:
Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months ..
The 1p deposit into your bank account is a verification method, eBay need to know the correct account to send your payouts to.
Have you confirmed back to eBay that the penny was correctly received, in your current account? If not, this too will hold up your payout.
