No option to raise an issue

Question

I bought a cricket bag off eBay and had it delivered to a collection point (post office). They refused to take it as too big. However , Evri both returned the item to sender and also reported it as delivered to me. I raised an issue with eBay to say item not received. Now that Evri have said item delivered there is now no option for me to open an issue. Death spiral. What do I do?

0nly way if seller has it back, it would be only fair if he cancelled the sale and refunded. He can cancel using reason buyers request with no damage being done to his selling record.

There is nothing that can be done through ebay, and Evri are hopeless, it is just down to you and the seller.
