No option to add tracking
Summary: bigred43red is seeking help with adding tracking information for combined postage on eBay. They shipped two items in one package using a single label, but now one item shows as posted while the other does not, despite both items' funds being available. They are unable to find the option to add a tracking number for the second item and are asking for assistance.
Hi,
A seller asked for combined postage for 2 of my items. I tried to amend like eBay state but couldn’t so reduced the price for one item & posted both in the same package using only one of the label scans. Now one item says posted & the other doesn’t but funds for both are available.
I’ve attempted to add tracking to the other item following eBay’s instructions but don’t see add tracking number on the item under orders.
Can anyone help. thank you
