No option on more options
I don't have a laptop, phone only. For ebay to step in and help with a refund, it asks me to go back to the purchase, click on more options, and click the ebay step in, but I don't have this option on my list, feel I am going around in circles and the seller has just completely ignored me

Mentor6 months agoAs said ebay can only step in AFTER you have opened a case, either not received or not as described. Then seller ghas 3 days to respond, if they do not respond Then you can ask ebay to step in.
Link to Money back guarantee is on every listing right side, suggest you read it.

This is done through case.
