NO MORE SHOP NEWS LETTER?
I have just been told, after 4 conversations with totally ignorant but friendly agents on eBay, that sending a newsletter from my shop about new items, that I have been sending every week for many years, to over 1000 of my followers is no longer an option?
I was told to promote my items - and I loose another 10% to eBay!!!!!!!
GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

If you have made up a mailing list, I cannot see how this has anything to do with ebay.

Mentor3 weeks agoI am presuming the OP means a newsletter to followers etc from the seller hub etc.

Goto your seller hub, click shop then select the social tab and you should be able to put something together there.

OP3 weeks agoI have done, but it won't send unfortunately. Have tried on Google and Firefox as advised by eBay originally, now they say this option is no longer available.
