No HELP WITH POLICY VIOLATION ISSUE

One of my item listings has suddenly been flagged as having a 'policy violation' I have not received an email notification and I can get no help from the chatbots and cannot get contact with a human. Any ideas please?

Most often this is due to you adding a website link in description. You may be trying to help buyers, but AI sees it as off ebay deal.
