No funds showing in my account
The buyer paid for the item but didn't want me to post it, we arranged collection which went smoothly, the buyer photographed the code, but no funds are showing in my account, where is my money, can't get any satisfaction from Ebay customer service

Mentor10 months agoIf your item was listed and selected to be posted, then I'm not sure what code your buyer photographed, as a collection code is not available for items listed for postage. 🤔

With no code and obviously no tracking if the item was collected, your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days before release, that is, if there are no other holds present, say if you are a new or returning seller, the payout can be held longer.
