No Edit button to change Individual account to Business
Summary: georkiourn0 is attempting to upgrade their eBay account from Individual to Business, as instructed by eBay, but cannot find the "Edit" button next to Account type in the Account settings. They have verified their email and phone number but are seeking advice on how to proceed with the upgrade.
eBay's official instructions say I should go to Account settings > Personal information and click "Edit" next to Account type to upgrade from Individual to Business.
However, on my account there is no "Edit" button next to Account type. My email and phone number are verified, and the account type shows Individual.
How can I upgrade this existing account to a Business account?

Mentor1 month agoAs you opened a private account 1st, you have to list 1 item before you can upgrade to business.
