no description shown on item when using desktop, but displays when using mobile

Question

Anyone know how to solve this one? Been on ebay for years and never had a problem like this.

Search for an item, click on it, new window opens with title and photo plus all of ebays sponsored stuff (similar items, customers ultimately bought, about this seller, find similar items etc) but no description.

Log in to mobile and the description displays.

Thank you for your post.

When users experience this it is usually browser related. This can happen with built in ad blockers in the browser. Try and disable or turn them off and then reload the page to see if that helps with viewing the descriptions.

Found that as well on some viewing using a PC/Laptop but if you scroll down through the annoying clutter to the bottom of the page, the listing description will usually appear.

Mobile apps are shortened/truncated versions of the original listings without much of the clutter showing.
