NO DELIVERY
I made a purchase on the 31st july 2026, the item should have been delivered on the 8th August. Its now 18th August part not delivered, i have contacted him and the part was to be late and delivered on the 15th August. The worry is the order was accepted on the 31st july but parts not showing on my purcase list. so how do i go about getting someone to talk to and not a bot?

MentorAug 18, 2026 at 9:57 AMSimple thing is to open a not received case. That is all ebay would tell you. If parts are not included in your purchases then you would not be successful in claiming if disputed by seller. Pointless speaking to ebay, their rules are inflexible and items not shown in your purchases just would not be protected.
