No delivery .
I ordered a bag of dog food. eBay emailed me to tell me I wouldn't be getting this as the seller had been taken off eBay due to issues. I have paid for this but not received a refund. The stupid chat bot is no help just keeps asking same question over and over.

Mentor5 months agoIf the seller has been removed from eBay, so is now an unregistered seller, you do need eBay Customer Services help for your refund, as there is no seller's account for you to action a case yourself.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering. It does open at 9 a.m. tomorrow you could try then but only speak to Dublin, it's Call Back system, you'll know if it's Ireland calling from their dulcet tones!
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
