No contact received for collection only item.

Question

I bought an item via buy it now which is collection only. The seller has not responded to the three messages I have sent. I submitted a cancellation request but the seller has not responded to this either. The money has been debited from my account and I cannot find any help that matches these circumstances.

I cannot buy another item until I am sure of my payment being refunded. All very frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated.

All you can do is open a not received case as soon as past the estimated delivery date,

If seller does not refund within 3 days then you escalate case to ebay.

Having asked seller to cancel, it should be the simple way for seller to refund, it could be seller is not in a position to refund until money released, as until released, ebay would need to debit bank account. However that would be no excuse for not contacting you.
