No communication from seller. Trying to cancel but still no response.

I ordered some trainers from a seller and after a week had no comms regarding it being sent for authentication. I have subsequently asked to cancel the order. Still no communication at all. I’ve no idea how long this is supposed to take.

You will have an estimated delivery date (EDD) when you purchased the items. One day after the last date quoted you can open an Item Not Received case via eBay only (goto your purchase history find the item, fourth button down 'more actions' and select from there.

Do not close the case for any excuses, and if you still haven't received on day four escalate the case with eBay to force a refund through.

It sounds as though the item hasn't been dispatched as tracking (via dpd) to authentication centre should be available by now.
