No collection code
Hi, sold an item for collection buyer took item saying they would message the code now no response from the buyer to get collection code.
Have I been robbed?
Can I raise an issue?
How do I contact eBay to raise the issue?

Mentor1 month agoYou should not have let the buyer take the item without giving you the code first.
You will still get paid but it will take at least 14 days, and the buyer might open a case for item not received. You will have trouble defending that without the code.
