No chat Option Available
Can anyone please help me? On my eBay account, I’m only seeing the option to call eBay Support, and the chat option is not available. Does anyone know how I can access the live chat option? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

Thank you for your post.
It can be the case at times one of the contact options such as chat or call can be temporarily unavailable due to high volumes. They usually come back once the peak period has passed. Clicking on help and contact>contact us> selecting your options and then the automated assistant for chat is on the left hand side.
