No address given by my buyer/ebay

Hi, I sold an item, the buyer paid eBay, eBay generated a label that I didn’t want as I have no printer.

I had stated clearly in my advertisement that I would use Royal Mail.

I am old school and write name and address on parcel.

Now I don’t have buyers address , I have messaged the buyer 6 x, but no reply.

I can’t post the parcel and I can’t relist the item………….

What to do?

IS the address on the label you generated? I am sure it is! - Whilst you don't want to print it, from the screen it should be there.

I have asked eBay customer service for help, nada.

I have messaged buyer multiple times, no reply.

I can’t find anything (don’t know how to?) to solve this.

might just sit back and wait for the buyer to start asking questions.
