I ordered No7 face cream and received yesterday and the item is fake
I contacted the seller who said if you ain’t happy return them
I have contacted eBay and just received a email they said couldn’t find a fault with seller .
What can I do next

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
