Sold 3 items funds cleared into balance another order 4 th order was cancelled money was taken from balance though buyer never paid please help

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay cannot action a refund if a buyer never paid. I think you must be misunderstanding what has happened. Don't forget there is a lag between the buyer paying ebay and ebay releasing those funds to you.

OP2 weeks agoI had £145 in balance an order cancelled the order was for £58 I know have £87 in wallet !

Mentor2 weeks agoAs said, the money paid, looks like it didn't clear, there are holds in cases for new and returning sellers, so money is taken from your back up source if not in your Available Payment section.
Once the refund is completed the money from the sale will be released to you.

Mentor2 weeks agoThe buyer did pay if a refund was made, it's just that the money did not yet clear into your eBay account.
When a refund is made, and there is no money in the Available section of your payment summary, your back up source is used, usually your bank account. When the refund is completed, the money from the sale is released to you.
Initial payouts from sales will e held for longer as you are a new seller.

Mentor2 weeks agoYes, it gets refunded and then the buyer's payment is released, putting you back to square one.
