New to ebay selling
So ive sold an item today printed the label and took it to the post office. The weight of my item was too heavy and the label prepaid did not work. I then paid for the item to be sent. I have messaged my buyer and sent a copy of the tracking. How will I get paid though as to eBay ive not even sent it when I have. Thank you

Mentor10 months agoChange the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
If you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

Mentor10 months agoYou will be out of pocket by difference you have for postage, and if buyer bought label, they will get the refund, not you.
