New seller account temporarily restricted – no verification steps available
Hello,
My eBay seller account has been temporarily restricted. I am unable to list items and my payouts are on hold.
I have already completed the following:
- Payoneer account is linked and verified
- Checked all Messages in My eBay
- Visited the Payments page on ebay.co.uk as directed by the red banner
However, there are no verification steps or action banners visible in my account to complete the reinstatement process. The online support system keeps directing me back to Messages, which contains no actionable steps.
I received these emails from eBay:
- "Reactivate your eBay account"
- "ACTION NEEDED: Please update the information we requested"
But following the instructions in those emails leads me back to the same loop with no resolution.
Could anyone advise how to reach the Trust & Safety team directly, or suggest what step I may be missing to get my account reinstated?

Mentor5 months agoThis is the UK site and you are in Sri Lanka --- account requirements are UK resident orientated including acceptable UK Banking details (Payoneer is not accepted in UK) and differ from the Global/International US site ---
Suggest using the International > www.ebay.com < Home site which offers many other selling, shipping and payment options including acceptable Business registration with Global Banking account/s availability. https://community.ebay.com

Ebay.co.uk is just for UK accounts.
