I am private seller on ebay. ebay deduct 2.94 on each order for postage label but i do not used postage label and dispached order independently. now how i get refund and disable auto postage label.

You are an unregistered business seller, Genuine private sellers are getting rid of unwanted mostly used items.

Upgrade to business account, then you chose your own postage method.
