Never received the item

Hi, I purchased an item and I never received it. I ordered it as a guest and I’m not able to contact the seller or the speak with an EBay operator. The seller never posted the item.
How can I speak with an operator? I tried all options and I never managed to speak with anybody.

When did you buy the item?

You only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to start a claim for an item you have not received.
