Negative feedback removal request denied
I had negative feedback from a customer saying the bag is had sold them was fake when in actual fact it was verified authentic but failed inspection because of something not described. I messaged the customer, no response. So I requested removal via ebay but the denied the request. Surely this goes against seller protection policy? Its a false review and devastating for business.
