Mentor4 months agoThe time to deal with negative feedback for a seller, if you think it is unjustified, is within 30 days.
You can message buyer to see what exactly is wrong and whether there is room to negotiate. If an agreement is possible then you can send buyer “a feedback revision request”.

It is too old to remove and it doesn't break any Ebay rules.
