Neff hob
Hi
I returned my Neff hob to the seller.
The package was very well secured. I have photos.
The seller wrote to me that the package was damaged in transit.
He only refunded me part of the money because he used the seller's discount.
I have no way to get the rest of my money back.

Mentor10 months agoAsk the seller for photos of the damage then contact the courier about getting compensation. If they won't send photos contact ebay and see what they say. You can request a callback on here:
