need to return a bike
bought an electric bike in October 25. Item number cannot be shown as its now saying listing has been taken down. it was delivered quickly but then mechanics of the electric system went wrong and doesn't work now. cant get hold of the company on ebay (no longer registered user) its within their warranty but how do I return now they are no longer registered on ebay and its not within ebays returning dateline. its a lot of money to waste on a bike that is only 4 months old that I cant return or contact the seller. on the original order details you try to send a message but it won't allow you send it. thats been happening now for weeks. cant get any help from ebay either as the automated bot keeps asking me to contact seller.

Mentor5 months agoForget eBay, because you're way past their 30 day return timeframe.
If you funded the payment with a debit or credit card you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback - you may still be just in time to do that right now.
To be honest, any warranty offered by any seller is only ever going to be as good as your ability to enforce it when required and, as you've discovered, you can't.
