Need to reopen refund window.
An item purchased over 90 days ago has failed. Seller agreed to a refund, but can’t process it as window is closed.
How do I reopen. There’s no way I can speak to anyone at eBay. It’s all AI.

Mentor2 weeks agoNo point speaking to ebay, there rules are inflexible, seller can refund using bank transfer, paypal or cheque.
