Need to pay for items. Can't get past ebay bot
Hello
I marked two items as not received, as I hadn't received anything several days after evri marked as delivered. Ebay refunded me for both, but now one arrived today from evri very late and one was with a neighbour. I want to pay the sellers, but Ebay won't let me contact them as the listings are over, and I cant get past the Ebay chat bot to speak to anyone.
Can you contact a seller after a listing is ended?
How does this get resolved? I dont want the sellers to be out of pocket

Mentor7 months agoIf the sellers were private sellers using ebay's Simple Delivery, if tracking shows delivered within 30 days of a refund being issued eBay will automatically reimburse the seller the cost of the item.
If they are business sellers the above won't apply but you should be able to contact the sellers using the contact link via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchases list. Or try via one of their other listings. You would have to repay via something like Paypal.
