Need to generate another postage label but can't.
I am selling an item but the first postage label has the wrong address on it, so I need to generate another label with the right details but ebay tells me "Only one label and QR code can be generated from this order" and I haven't found any helpful info with this problem. What do I do?

Mentor11 months agoWhat do you mean by 'the wrong address'? You only ever send to the address ebay gives you, i.e the one on the label.

OP11 months agoThe return address on it is wrong because its one of my old addresses I haven't used in more than 3 years, I had put my current address on my ebay account recently so I didn't double check when generating the label.

There are 5 places to change your address.
